Mid Sem Break (Year 2 Sem 2)

One week of mid break has reached..
It finally reached after I'm done with most of the internal assessment..
Well..it SOUNDED like a good thing..it SEEMED like I can enjoy this break to the fullest..
BUT..Finals will be here in a month time..*Sigh*
Really duno if Monash understand the meaning of mid sem break..aint it supposed to come at the middle of the semester..
Last sem was too early..n now it's rather late..=.=

Hopefully I can cramp in as much studies as possible within this week..
I've spent two days doing unnecessary stuffs..><

I seriously need more self discipline..

Happy Mooncake Festival

Hello People!
Happy Mooncake aka Tanglung Festival~

Well, I guess these days at our age we seldom celebrate this festival apart from eating mooncake..
Miss those childhood memories where we got so excited with those candle lit type of tanglung..
Although nowadays the variety of tanglung is getting more n more..u can jz simply name any design, n they do have it..However, sad for those kids nowadays who choose to buy electric tanglung..They wont get to experience the heart-ache feeling when their tanglung got burnt..Not fun at all XD

Hmm..Have u noticed not only the variety of latern increases..even choices of mooncake increases as well..
From flavour to shape to size AND　even packaging..Really full of creativity..
The one that I caught my attention is Hei Yuet Thong mooncake (喜月堂)
This company has the most creative and variety mooncake packaging as well as flavour..(greentea, espresso, caramel latte, macadamia, tiramisu, pumpkin, peppermint, chocolate, red bean, sweet corn, black forest, Pu Er tea...etc etc) OMG..how can mooncake be related with all these flavours..I never try before but I dun think it will be nice..Sorry for being injustified XD
My mum has kept one for me..n my aunts have 'dozens'..=.=
Wonder ppl nowadays buy mooncake for the sake of eating or collecting the boxes?

Ice Cream Feast

Lately was surrounded by sorrow soul..
Require something to cheer me up..
First thing I could think of is.......ICE CREAM!!
Aihz..till now still didnt get to eat..
Back in PG, I could jz eat it as I like..
Almost like a daily routine..
1. Walk to the kitchen
2. Open the freezer of fridge
3. Bring out a bucket of ice cream
4. Scoop scoop scoop..
5. Tada~ Eating the yummy yummy ice cream
Don't think that only HD ice cream would satisfy me..
In fact, Wall's ice cream is not bad thou..anything with vanilla would jz do fine..if adding some nuts or chocholate chips or other toppings would be even greater..
Honestly, I'm thinking of Oreo McFlurry since last Fri..*desperately*
Too bad that I'm stuck in this little room at hostel..coping with all the deadlines..
*BIG sigh*


Anyway, there is another Ice Cream Feast coming up held by Häagen-Dazs (HD) from 15th of Sep to 31st of Oct..
6 months ago, this promotion was done at 1U HD outlet..
N now this is gonna happen in Queensbay Mall, Penang..
I've never tried out the feast..due to the pricey charges..


Guess what?! The old price was pricey enough, but now they're still increasing the per pax charge..
Can inflation stop rising? =.=
Well, not like I'll get to try out..Anyway share with me if u've experienced the unlimited indulgence..



Oh yea..the old HD membership card is no longer valid..
They have upgraded the old member status from Super Premium to Ambaasador..
The system is kinda changed as well..
Spend RM35, entitled for 10% discount..
Right now they added a new feature, which is bonus point collecting reward..
In short, they are trying to attract more consumers n earn big bucks..
But still, I'm lovin' HD..=D

This is really like a stab on my heart..N I mean it..It's different from the pain of breakup or hurt by criticism..
I admit that I used to take everything from granted..
Until recently sth happened only I realise its significance..
Truly looking down on myself..
For the duration that I've been to KL, how often did I miss home?
Sigh..I'm such a failure.. *regrets*
I hope it's not too late to understand the meaning underlying in family..
