Short Term Memory Loss

Sigh. My short-term memory loss symptom is getting more and more serious..
In this two-week, the total number of stuffs that I've forgotten is huge.

-First I locked my key inside my room.
-Second I lost my Bros water bottle. I don't have a clue of where I put it.
-Thirdly is I forgot about my handphone on the way I go to friend's house for assignment discussion. But luckily it's safe and sound on my desk.
-Fourth thing is I nearly forgot about my dad's birthday on 25th. Luckily I get to remember it during a boring lecture.
-Another thing is I forgot to bring the city map out last week when I needed it badly. I've circled the place that I was heading. I just simply forgotten about it and left it on the table.
-My Faber-Castell eraser is missing too. I only realise it when I were about to sit for my Thermo test 2.
-I tend to forgot those grocery shopping that was paid by me. In the end, I didnt get any refund from friends. I'm still trying hard to remember where the money has gone to.
-More often than not, I forgot whatever that I wanted to say to people after they finish their speech. It's just all blank on my brain for that instance.

In fact, now I've forgotten what I've forgotten.=.=!!

Just went online searching what is the structure that is responsible for short term memory..and it is called pre-frontal lobe.
"This region is located at the very front of the brain and is highly developed in humans. So does that mean that my forehead is not high enough? *Double sweat*

Sigh.
I cannot continue being like this.
If not, by the age of 30, I might even lose myself. OMG!!
I gonna learn to remember stuffs hard. The 1st thing for now is write down whatever that I ought to remember or ought to do when it is still on my mind. I hope I can get rid of this short term memory loss thingy soon.

Please have a hard knock on me whenever u see me leaving things behind.
Please please have a harder knock on me whenever u know that I've forgotten sth twice or more.
